After Party Clean-up Crew: This group will be responsible for cleaning up on Saturday evening after the event. Clean up includes taking down decorations, loading remaining supplies and unclaimed auction items into vehicles for transport back to Boyer Children's Clinic. This is a great opportunity for a group.
Registration/Data Entry: Register guests on the night of event, and enter sales throughout the evening. This position is ideal for individuals with strong customer service experience, and attention to detail.
Games: This position is ideal for outgoing, confident individuals who enjoy working a crowd, encouraging guests to participate in the games. Games occur during the silent auction phase of the event.
Silent Auction Crew: Monitor auction and display items before, during, and after the event. Close bid sections, pack up items and clean up as the silent auction ends.
Live Auction: Work during the Live auction and help the auctioneer. Spotters, runners, and recorders needed.
All live and silent auction proceeds from the Inspiring Journeys Gala will support Boyer’s Uncompensated Care Program, dedicated to eliminating financial barriers that would otherwise prevent children from receiving vital early intervention services. Your support helps to ensure that all children with special needs have the best chance for the brightest future possible.
