Boyer’s Therapy Program: Developing the skills children need to thrive

For many children, what seems like a fundamental life skill might take months or even years to achieve. Whether it is eating, crawling, speaking or playing with toys, our expert therapists work to help even the most medically-fragile children meaningfully interact with the world around them. Since our founding in 1942, Boyer has become the largest provider of early intervention services in Seattlefor children age birth to three with disabilities and developmental delays, serving more than 1,200 children annually. Boyer’s vision is that all children – inclusive of their unique strengths and abilities – can live the happiest and healthiest lives possible.

Boyer’s premier Therapy Program – including Physical, Occupational and Speech-Language - is designed to help each child reach their fullest potential through evidence-based therapies and parent coaching/support. Philanthropic investments provide cutting-edge technology, innovative programming, and most importantly, hope for our families during what is likely the most challenging time in their lives.
